easiest casserole ever

I know a lot of my recipes can get a bit complicated, but this casserole is quick, easy, and very tasty!

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
  • box mac and cheese
  • cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • canned tuna or chicken
  • frozen peas (you can use canned, but i think they are gross haha)
Make mac and cheese according to box directions (or your favorite way).
Stir in cream of soup, chicken/tuna, and frozen peas.  Add whatever seasonings you want, and heat on stove until peas are no longer cold.
I dare you not to enjoy this!  haha

  1. Mmmm- finally a recipe on your website that's simple enough that I dare try it!
(Next, I think you should post the recipe for those yummy peanut butter bars you made the other night!)

  2. Hey, a recipe where I've got all the ingredients (usually this means . . . no whipping cream). Looks like a tasty comfort food.

  4. This was like your first signature dish, right? I dare anyone to try and love tuna as much as Rich. How about a recipe for some gourmet tuna melts or tuna sandwiches? I bet you could make that so yummy!

  5. Ha Mom! I know, I bought whipping cream for the first time in like five years when Rich came to visit. I wonder if the kids would eat this or if the peas would kill it for them...
