1 Tab. vanilla
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
3 c. quick oats
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
3 c. quick oats
marshmellows or nuts
Microwave butter, milk, cocoa and sugar in large bowl on high for 3 minutes. Stir, microwave for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and peanut butter, stir until melted. Add oats, and stir in nuts or marshmellows. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet covered with waxed paper. Refrigerate until cool. Makes 24 large cookies. This one is easy enough for kids to do.
this is pretty yummy if you add some honey or whipped cream :)
I have been extremely curious about what you would add to spice up treats. You can't add Johnny's Garlic, you know. But now I do know...honey or whipping cream. Aha. I request more sweet recipes. And also, a picture of your planter boxes, at least on wilsonwatch.
ReplyDeletenice! an easy recipe! i think I can actually manage this one!
ReplyDeleteOf course you'd add whipped cream!
ReplyDelete(Just don't tell Auntie C you found a new no-bake cookie recipe!)
Yummy. When I was a kid we used to call these "cow pies."
ReplyDeleteI might have to have this for breakfast. Good thing Corey's already gone to class.
ReplyDeleteI was thinking the same thing as Becca! Maybe I will make this with the kids. Are you doing herbs in your planter boxes?
